The planning of BLACK 10 started when we saw the prototype of the new 4th generation RevoELITE series in 2017. Back then, BLACK9 is the best reel I made with no concern, but I gave BLACK10 the brush-up that can be achieved only with the fourth-generation Revo. High geared to 10.1: 1 without losing the "stiffness" required for the BLACK series as the top priority.

I entered a new gear of high gear that I was waiting for, with a gear ratio of 10 / maximum line winding 105 cm. The clutch is a Dura clutch with significantly improved durability and accuracy.

We adopted the Magtrax III brake system, which offers strengths in low-speed range when lightweight lure is used.

At first glance it is hard to realize the big difference from the conventional BLACK series, except for the speeding up of the gear ratio.

Aside from this, we made certain improvements everywhere, and the "Kimken-like" strongest reel BLACK 10 was completed.
